1. Wie we zijn

First Light is gemaakt door The CodeLab, KvK 60922311. Vragen over privacy kun je mailen naar info@thecodelab.nl.

2. Kort gezegd

First Light heeft geen account, geen analytics, geen advertenties en geen tracking, en we hebben geen eigen servers. Wij kunnen je gegevens niet zien.

3. HomeKit-gegevens

First Light leest je woning, ruimtes, lampen en hun mogelijkheden om scènes en automatiseringen in jouw woning te maken. Die gegevens blijven op je apparaat en in Apple’s HomeKit. Wij ontvangen ze nooit en gebruiken ze nergens anders voor.

4. Schema’s en presets

Je schema’s en presets staan in een bestand op je iPhone, met een kopie in je eigen iCloud (key-value-opslag), zodat je ze na een herinstallatie kunt terugzetten. Wij hebben geen toegang tot je iCloud. Twee kleine instellingen, de gekozen woning en de duur van de preview, staan alleen op het apparaat.

5. Siri en Opdrachten

Siri en Opdrachten worden verwerkt door Apple, onder het privacybeleid van Apple.

6. Crashrapporten

Heb je in iOS gekozen om analysegegevens met ontwikkelaars te delen, dan deelt Apple geanonimiseerde crash- en gebruiksrapporten met ons. Uitzetten kan via Instellingen → Privacy en beveiliging → Analyse en verbeteringen.

7. Je rechten (AVG) en gegevens verwijderen

Je kunt je gegevens zelf verwijderen:

• Verwijder de app.
• Verwijder de iCloud-kopie via Instellingen → [je naam] → iCloud → Beheer opslag.
• Verwijder eventuele “First Light ·”-items in de Woning-app.

8. Deze website

Deze tekst gaat over de app. De pagina’s van First Light op deze website gebruiken zelf geen cookies, analytics of trackers.

1. Who we are

First Light is made by The CodeLab, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 60922311. For privacy questions, email info@thecodelab.nl.

2. In short

First Light has no account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and we have no servers of our own. We cannot see your data.

3. HomeKit data

First Light reads your home, rooms, lamps and their capabilities to create scenes and automations in your home. That data stays on your device and in Apple’s HomeKit. We never receive it and don’t use it for anything else.

4. Schedules and presets

Your schedules and presets are stored in a file on your iPhone, with a copy in your own iCloud (key-value storage) so you can restore them after a reinstall. We have no access to your iCloud. Two small settings, the chosen home and the preview length, are stored on the device only.

5. Siri and Shortcuts

Siri and Shortcuts are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.

6. Crash reports

If you chose in iOS to share analytics with developers, Apple shares anonymised crash and usage reports with us. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

7. Your rights (GDPR) and deleting your data

You can delete your data yourself:

• Delete the app.
• Delete the iCloud copy in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
• Delete any “First Light ·” items in the Home app.

This text is about the app. The First Light pages on this website do not use cookies, analytics or trackers themselves.
